phonon-gstreamer 12.04 sru

Hi Harold

I would like to try giving it a go, but I am not sure what I am doing. I
am reading through the docs about SRU at the moment, and will take a look
at the bug report.

But don't wait for me, I'll probably get lost, or screw it up. 

I will let you know how I get on
