I love you folks! You do so much amazing work.

Something happened in #kubuntu-devel today. A troll wandered in, and
began demanding help with his pulseaudio setup.

That isn't the disturbing part, I'm sorry to say. What happened was
that developers engaged with him, even as he continued his trolling
and thuggish behavior.

Please don't do that again. It burns you out, it discourages everyone
who reads the interchange, and it feeds the troll.

Do we need more ops in #kubuntu-devel? This person should have been
told the rules, and escorted out the door.
