The same guy had similar behaviour in the #kubuntu channel before and
someone called ops, so I went there and asked them to settle down.
In the #kubuntu channel he did that, however I did not notice that 
he went to #kubuntu-devel and continued there.

Maybe we need to keep an eye on that particular name and make sure
he understands that his behaviour is not compliant with the CoC.
