IIRC that was fixed, Riddell would know for sure.

That had to do with dependency restrictions in the ubuntu archive with
which we are no longer concerned, so it can (probably) be installed
now. I'll leave it for Riddell to figure out as he apparently wanted
to preserve that change, not sure why.
