Kopete package

Hello,

I have some questions about Kopete IM client in Kubuntu from 
devel branch: lp:~kubuntu-packagers/kubuntu-packaging/kopete

Why is video support disabled at compile time via 
DISABLE_VIDEOSUPPORT=true in debian/rules?

Why is /usr/bin/googletalk-call binary not copied to deb package?

Why is full skype protocol removed from kopete package? It is 
only because of problematic skype icons?

If there are some Kopete compile or runtime bugs which causing 
that above modules were disabled, let me know I can try to fix it.
