Hello Volkan,
It's good to hear you are interested in advocating Kubuntu in Turkey.
There is already a Turkish mailing list[1] for the wider Ubuntu
community, as well as a LoCo team[2], and the #ubuntu-tr IRC channel.

Good luck with your Google+ page and blog, I hope you're able to get
many Turkish people interested in Kubuntu.
