Bringing Google Voice chat to Kopete

Hi
I think this is a good idea overall. Perhaps it would also be nice to
have some sort of installer from the application itself - such as
amarok has for kodecs? This would help users find out that thhis
support is there and make it very simple for them to get the support.
The reasoning for this would be that this is a package in main, so
most users, including the most basic users are exposed to it, so it
makes sense to make it a very simple process.
How does this sound?
