Kubuntu 10.04 LTS status?

Given the fact that this was due to the KDE3 to KDE4 transition, and that we 
are now at a point where KDE3 is kicked off the CD/DVD and KDE4 is stable, I 
think we are definitely going to be seeing a LTS for 10.04.
