The Kubuntu developers do, you can find us on the kubuntu-devel
mailing list (CCed) or on #kubuntu-devel on freenode.

but probably the easiest thing would be to upload to our review site
Revu and poke us on IRC to review them.

Note it's past Feature Freeze in the Ubuntu release cycle so an
exception would be needed to get these into the archive, although we
can put them into a Kubuntu PPA if that doesn't happen.
