KIso is a far larger solution than needed to simply mount an ISO image. It
has a tonne more features. The original bug requested seemed to simply
want a service menu. Nothing more than a .desktop file in the right
folder.

There seem to be at least 4 available on kde-apps (just search for iso).
Some using fuse, some calling kdesu and mount.
