The OpenSUSE wiki has a nice page summarizing their FIrefox integration:

Notable implemented features include:
KDE file dialogues
KDE Application selection dialogue
KDE file associations are read and used
Proxy settings from KDE are read and used
KDE icons are used as a part of Gtk KDE integration
Preferences dialogs have apply/cancel buttons just like other KDE dialogs
Support for adding RSS feeds to Akregator

There are some other nice features in progress. Could Kubuntu maybe
learn something from OpenSUSE's implementation? There are open bugs in
Launchpad for most of these issues.
