Kubuntu Netbook dependency problem

Hi,

I'd like to bring a bug to the attention of the developers as I believe it's
not a bug likely to show up in testing but many users may run into it after
release.

Briefly, installing kubuntu-netbook and removing it again leaves the desktop
in state where plasma no longer starts on login. More details:
