Amichai,

Finally got the chance to read this.  Sounds like early kde4.  Lots of new
great ideas but poor execution.

I'm right along with you and hundreds of other users that get frustrated
when interface cleanup turns into interface clutter (try right clicking a
quicklaunch icon in Windows 7 for example).

I'm also old school and set in my old school ways.  Thanks for an
interesting read.  I think thousands would benefit if you had a blog
write-up with pictures.  It would take a while to create, but would really
outline the interface for those like me hesitant to install it.
