Hm, that is interesting.
I actually think that the commit is meant to say that the jingle 
implementation in Kopete is deprecate. So, we might as well wait. Though 
waiting means 4.4 (more likely 4.5), when Kopete uses Decibel (i.e. 
Telepathy).
Anyway, considering upstream doesn't like the current one we should probably 
not push Jingle in the package at this point, but instead push the switch to 
Decibel along (that however would require devoting development resources to 
Kopete...).
