two kubuntu netbook questions

~kubuntu-netbook, but this is mostly so we can have a PPA for staging
stuff.  The intent is to have this be developed by the Kubuntu devs, not a
separate team.

No one has started working on it.  I'd say use kubuntu-docs until we have
enough difference that it's worth the trouble to fork it.
