two kubuntu netbook questions

I haven't heard anything about documentation, but as far as I know, we
currently do not have separate documentation for the Ubuntu Netbook
Remix, so is there a reason to have separate documentation for Kubuntu
Netbook? It might be better to just add a section to the existing
Kubuntu documentation if we feel the need to have something (if we do
that, the same should be done for UNR in the Ubuntu docs).
