New Kubuntu Council Members

Following a vote of Kubuntu Members I'm pleased to announce we have
three new Kubuntu Council members.  Harald Sitter (hsitter,
apachelogger), Roderick Greening (rgreening) and Jonathan Thomas
(JonTheEchidna) will join me, Celeste and Lydia in being able to vote
on new members and occational other decisions.

Thanks to Steve Stalcup for putting himself forward and making it a
hard choice to vote on.
