Kubuntu upgrade process

Indeed, why is it so difficult to just add these two lines to the instructions:

gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv 2836CB0A8AC93F7A

gpg --export --armor 2836CB0A8AC93F7A | sudo apt-key add -

I have it ready in a Knotes here, but have to tell the instruction at
least 20 times a day to people who simply are stuck when they are
asked for the gpg key... This would make the support work a lot
easier, believe me, my left hand is weary doing Ctrl+C Ctrl+V all the
time...
