FYI.. might want to include the command to import the gpg key in the
release article. I always have to go and look it up because I never
remember how to do it too :)

Hey,

I was trying to upgrade Kubuntu to KDE 4.3 based on the instructions
on the Kubuntu.org home page.  It suggests you add the repository and
also the GPG public key via the package manager.  However when you
download the GPG file it doesn't have any file extension associated
with it, and when you try to import the key into thet package manager
it doesn't seem to be able to find it unless you give the file a .GPG
extension.  You might want to make these upgrade steps a little more
clear or at least setup the file so that if you download it there is a
GPG extension already on the file.  (no clue who to report this
to...hopefully you know who to bug ;-)
