KDE 4.1.3 into intrepid-updates

You mean -proposed? They haven't been in -proposed, and I didn't see
any SRU bugs for calling for testing, etc.
How much testing did they get so far? Is this documented anywhere?

This needs to be ack'ed by the Technical Board [1]. Is there a policy
somewhere which kind of fixes go into stable point releases, and which
kind of testing they receive?
My personal feeling is that it's a good idea in general. However, I
still remember the time when a microrelease completely broke SSL in
konqueror; at that time, it had also been tested for several days
already, and nobody noticed it. So if this gets a standing exception,
it should follow the standard SRU bug/testing/verification
documentation procedure, similar to the GNOME updates.
