The page at https://wiki.kubuntu.org/HelpingKubuntu lists some of the
ways, though it is a bit out of date.

The website can always do with some love.

We'd in busy merging mode currently so if you're interested in
packaging work we can guide you through some of that.

IRC is out main communication method so join us on #kubuntu-devel and
make sure to say hi and stay around.
