+1 for me for uploading KTorrent 3.1.4. It just needs to be tested a bit(for
example, to see if http://ktorrent.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2671 or
http://ktorrent.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2684 are reproducible), the kubuntu-
updates-testing PPA seems like a good place to do so.

It looks like they use the kde infrastructure for l10n, so we will get the new
strings when we upload kde 4.1.3 language pack.
