Revamping of Kubuntu wiki pages

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to give a brief heads up on the status of the Kubuntu wiki pages.
Today, while I was waiting for KDE 4.1 Beta 1 packages to build for Hardy, I
decided to start revamping the wiki pages for Kubuntu.

https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu

What I have done is created a header that goes on every page that falls under
Kubuntu/. The menu code is located under
https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/Toolbox/Menu. It looks really slick with
Firefox, or any other browser that supports some Mozilla CSS hacks (not
Konqueror unfortunately).

At the end of that menu is a table that will hold the dates of upcoming events.
Right now I just have a generic filler in there, using what I think will be our
most common future events. If you need to change the date and time for any of
the events, simply make your changes to the table located under
https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/Toolbox/Dates.

Doing the menu and dates like this makes it easier for us to use that header on
any page we create under Kubuntu/. If you add a page under Kubuntu/, simply add
the following to the top of the page:

[[Include(Kubuntu/Toolbox/Menu)]]
[[Include(Kubuntu/Toolbox/Banner)]]

The Banner is the nice little strip that tells people to join us on IRC. I will
work on getting pages setup for the channel links.

If you do create a page under Kubuntu/, please try to follow the rest of the
pages I have implemented thus far (Kubuntu, Headquarters, and most of
Organization are complete, use one of those pages for an idea).

Please feel free to go through the pages and fix any errors or typos you may
come across. If you think there are some pages missing, please let me know and
I will see what we can do to fit them in. If you can propose a better link
setup for the Menu, then please feel free to run it by me and we can see what
is possible. If you do come up with a page, try to run it as a child to one of
the other parent pages already in place.

Feedback, complaints, and ideas are welcomed. Thanks!
