What about a bug hug day for "first impression"/"first hour" bugs. Bugs that most people will hit in the first 1 hour of use, either on a live-cd session or in the first hour of installation.

What I usually do with a new installation is e.g. : check web access, play music, burn a cd, play a dvd movie, look at the different configurable things, open a word document, ...


Current bugs that come to mind right now in hardy are:

Amarok fails to install mp3 support... no out of the box  mp3 support in amarok.

- https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde-guidance/+bug/173768
Monitor and display settings doesn't work... I usually switch my resolution as one of the first things.

- https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdebase/+bug/188156
Opening a USB gives an "invalid" error message and doesn't open automatically.

- https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdebase/+bug/175597
Trash and a few other items don't work.
