Kubuntu Team is mostly obsolete by Kubuntu Members which is the
Kubuntu equivalent of Ubuntu Members.  Kubuntu Users is anyone who
uses Kubuntu.  Kubuntu Testing Team are people we can ping when we're
doing releases to test the CDs (and who test the CDs between releases).
