Adept & SystemSettings translation

I'm using Kubuntu since 5.10 and what annoyed me was the lacking translation. With Dapper, I thought, it would be improved. But after I installed Kubuntu 6.04 Flight 4 I had to find out that SystemSettings and Adept were still in English.

I would really love to have them translated and I would to help with that.

Hope to get some information/usefull hints.
