Question on Installation

I remember some one mentioned there will not be an OEM installer for Kubuntu 
but if I recally correctly there was still an option for that on a flight4 
cd?  Is this correct?

Also the install notes that are included on the CD, are these stored anywhere 
so I can take a look at them for kubuntu?
/doc/install/manual/en/index.html is the location on the cd rom
