I strongly agree. This bug make systemsettings partly useless with a 
screen resolution of 1024x768 (e.g. the printer module is so large that 
i have to move kicker out of the way to click the accept etc. buttons) 
and absolutely useless with a 800x600 screen resolution (yes, i have 
such a machine here...).

As of now, i use kcontrol instead of systemsettings because of that.
