Pseudo-transparence issue

Hi,

I am using rxvt-unicode (urxvt) terminal here with -tr switch
(pseudo transparence). I know that I have to turn the "Allow programs in
desktop" option on to let it draw on wallpaper directly, if I want to
have icons on my desktop as well. Problem is that it (the transparence)
doesn't work this way. After running urxvt -tr its background is solid
color (black in myc case). The workaround is to turn "Show icons
on desktop" option off, apply this and then turn it on again to have
urxvt shown transparent. I guess that's a bug, can anyone please
confirm this behaviour?
