media:/ shows unnecessary media

The media names can be modified (which are also saved for future sessions) via 
the DCOP interface. A script to do this could be made quite easily. I have 
asked regarding this same question to the media:/ developers, and I doubt 
there will be much more intelligence in the basic KDE packages (but I am not 
sure). I believe the renaming should be a distro specific feature.
