After some further discussion with uniq and Riddell we have changed the 
package naming convention for kubuntu-docs to 
kubuntu-docs_5.10-0.1_all.deb

The rational behind this change takes into consideration that kubuntu-docs 
never needs to move upstream to kde or debian so we do not need to adhere to 
the debian naming convention.

The 5.10 part of the name is, you guessed it, the release date for hoary.
The 0.1 part is our own revision numbering. Between now and release we will be 
bumping the .1 each time we build the package. This happens mostly each night 
depending on whether or not changes have been made to the src files. No 
changes no build. On release date the 0.1 will become 1.0. 
(kubuntu-docs_5.10-0.1_all.deb).

This weekend, Riddell will upload kubuntu-docs so that they have a footprint 
in the nightly builds. The package will be uploaded weekly.
