Have verified the issue exists on a Noble install. plasma-workspace
packages were updated to the version in proposed. The plasma session
then starts correctly on login and plasma session appears on some
testing to run as expected.

** Description changed:

- When switching the displaymanager from sddm to lightdm, login fails due
- to misconfigured lightdm configuration file.

+  * Switch to lightdm and plasma will not load.

+  * With Plasma installed and working, via the terminal install lightdm.
+  * Select lightdm as the default DM when prompted.
+  * Reboot to lightdm and try to log in.
+  * Without fix lightdm will display "failed to start session" and remian at the login screen
+  * With the fix login works and plasma session loads as expected.
