[Bug 2093895] [NEW] SDDM doesn't support expired password

Whenever a person's password expires, they can't change their passwords
from the login screen, and the login screen just freezes up.
Requires reboot in order for it to be functional, and password needs to
be changed in some other way, which isn't seamless
