[Bug 1958455] [NEW] Discover crashes on start (since Plasma 5.24 beta update)

Public bug reported:

The program closes immediately after launch. It worked with Plasma
5.23.5, problem occurs since 5.24 beta (5.23.90) update is in repos.

When running from console this log prints:

You have to import QtQml 2.15 after any QtQuick imports and set
the restoreMode of the binding to fix this warning.
In Qt < 6.0 the default is Binding.RestoreBinding.
In Qt >= 6.0 the default is Binding.RestoreBindingOrValue.

While reporting this bug I also noticed what causes it. Because I tried running it without translations so that the error message would be in english for you...
and without translations, Discover opens just fine. (Command: "LANG=C plasma-discover")
