Public bug reported:

When right-clicking on the desktop > Configure Desktop and Wallpaper >
Wallpaper, there is no choice to set it to solid color. There is Picture
of the Day, Slideshow, Haenau (???), Image, Hunyango (???) but nothing
allowing me to put the desktop all-back. So it is all fancy but
impossible to set plain color.

I can work around it by creating 1x1 black pixel png (add it centered
and have the rest of the desktop filled with black, or just stretch it
to the entire desktop).
