Please remove window-mocker from focal: src and binaries

$ reverse-depends src:window-mocker
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends -b src:window-mocker
No reverse dependencies found

Only user of this and reason for existence was unity/autopilot tests.
Dependency and requirement there now dropped.

Build and runtime depends on python-qt4 packages, so needs to go to
allow that to be removed.
