[Bug 1780076] [NEW] 18.04 login screen is blur

We found the login screen is blur, with Huawei's chip.

05:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
Hi1710 [iBMC Intelligent Management system chip w/VGA support]
[19e5:1711] (rev 01)

When we set the Wayland to disable, it could login.
