[Bug 1567522] [NEW] Kubuntu 16.04: Kmail Messages Not Indexed or Returned in Search

Public bug reported:

On Kubuntu 16.04, searches in Krunner do not return Kmail messages.
(IMAP account)

File search and all Plasma searches are enabled.

In Kmail, "Download All Messsages for Offline Use" is enabled.

In Kmail,  "Folder Properties -> Maintenance" shows "Enable Full Text
Searching" is on, but "Still Not Indexed" is also displayed.
