[Bug 1511665] [NEW] quassel-client fails to notice disconnect from core

Public bug reported:
In Vivid quassel-client used to detect disconnect from core after
network interruption or laptop suspend.
In Wily it does not, and appears still connected when resumed but with
stale state.
