[Bug 1504621] [NEW] plasma-nm doesn't show wireless networks, still connects to previously defined ones

Public bug reported:
Wireless networks not showing up when clicking the plasmoid. However, it
does still connect and says I'm connected if I hover over the plasmoid.
15.10, up to date and just upgraded yesterday.
