[Bug 1371197] [NEW] Cannot get automatic wallpaper changer to work on kde

I am using unity, gnome and kde desktops.  I was able to get the changer
to work on gnome and unity, although the provider of the system is
apparently out of business.  Not in kde.

I returned to linux less than a month ago for an abscence of over one
year, so I an nill at debugging, though with guidance --throgh a manual
or conversation, I might be in position to debug.

In any case thanks for everything.
