[Bug 1173138] [NEW] QT 4.8.4 bug: Arabic-indic numerals instead of Arabic numerals in Slovak localization

Release used: Ubuntu 13.04 64 bit
Version of package used: 4:4.8.4+dfsg-0ubuntu9
What I expect to happen: display "standard" arabic numerals in QT applications
What happens instead: arabic-indic numerals are displayed in QT applications

This bug is known upstream and is fixed in 4.8.5, I hope the fix could
be backported to Ubuntu 13.04.
