[Bug 1168682] [NEW] (German) translation not loaded completely in LightDM KCM

Public bug reported:

Testing with Kubuntu raring daily iso of 2013-04-12 running as live
system; language selected as "German".

Nearly all strings in the "Theme" tab of KDE's LightDM KCM are untranslated, although there exist translations in lightdm-kde-0.3.1's source package (obtained via apt-get source lightdm-kde).
The only translated string is the tab title.

Example strings: "Keep aspect ratio:", "Welcome image:".
These are translated in lightdm-kde-0.3.1/po/de/lightdm_theme_{classic,userbar}.po.

Strings in the "General" tab (including tab title) are translated;
these, including the tab titles, probably come from lightdm-
kde-0.3.1/po/de/kcm_lightdm.po.

Also, the KCM's title "Select login theme, adjust login features" isn't
translated, which might be a missing translation though.

Didn't test for other languages than German.
