[Bug 1164848] [NEW] krandrtray missing from kde 4.10.2

Public bug reported:

I just updated to KDE 4.10.2 this morning and on reboot found that
krandrtray is missing and my dual monitor setup has reverted to a cloned
display.

krandrtray is no longer there. trying to run it manual I am told it is
in kde-workspace-bin which of course is installed.
