[Bug 991885] [NEW] After the first suspend, KDE suspend the system on every activity switch

Public bug reported:

Newly installed Kubuntu 12.04 on a Toshiba U305. After the first
suspend/resume cycle, the system suspends every time I try to switch
activity. Makes the system completely unusable.

Thre seems to be a KDE updtream bug
