[Bug 982365] [NEW] while watching dvb-s sound is switching on and off about every other second

Public bug reported:

while watching dvb-s with kaffeine (kubuntu 12.04 beta2), sound goes on
and off about every other second. kaffeine produces the output shown
below. Sound is off after 'dvbspeed 100.5%' is shown, it comes back on
when 'dvbspeed 100%' is shown.

It works fine with kubuntu natty on the same computer, so this is a regression
dvb receiver is
