[Bug 773123] [NEW] second monitor has an offset mouse has not

Public bug reported:

Bug appears only with kubuntu on gnome the problem appears if a KDE
programm is started i.e. (KRDC)

It looks like a misaligned monitor but the mouse doesn't have this
offset, so the "klicks" miss the target
