[Bug 662433] [NEW] Add "disable while typing" option

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kcm-touchpad

A disable while typing option would be very useful. My laptop clickpad
is very large and sensitive, and very easy to brush against while
typing. Ubuntu's Gnome touchpad control has a "disable while typing
option", and it would be nice if Kubuntu had the same. It could call
syndaemon to actually change the settings, just like Gnome does.

The kcm_touchpad program that I believe the Kubuntu panel is based on
appears, from the screenshots, to already have that feature. Am I
wrong? Or is there some logic that might be hiding the controls?

(I'm using package version 0.3.1-0ubuntu7 in 10.10.)
