[Bug 662462] [NEW] Cannot empty trash bin with dolphin.

Binary package hint: kdebase

With Kubuntu 10.10, I am unable to empty my trash bin with dolphin. The
menu item to do so is always greyed out. The trash plasmoid can be used
as a workaround for the  time being. Included is a pic of the bug.
