[Bug 550707] Re: Kubuntu installation include download of additional language-packages after install completed

I think it's a bug. Let's see:
1. User select language twice (in BootCD loader and in system installer)
2. System installed, but the language that was selected. not installed properly (not all packages of this language is installed).

What is it, if not a bug?
